Which is which?

Ok, so when I met these twins, and asked their names, and was told Warner and Maddox, I was really surprised that I had to ask which one was which. I figured (ignorantly, I guess) that once I knew their names, I would know which one is the boy and which one is the girl. Warner is the girl, and Maddox is the boy. Most of you were right. I would have guessed the other way around, but I wasn't thinking about Angelina Jolie's kid!!

I would have been one of those that would have guessed Maddox would be the girl! Only because I can't see Warner being a girl's name! But that's just me! There are so many new and different names for kids these days!

I can understand Maddoxx being the girl because you could call her Maddie but can someone explain how Warner could be a girls name to me? It just keeps repeating in my head and I can't put it with a girl! I LOVE finding unique names just don't understand this one!

Warner was the boyfriend's name in Legally Blonde. I wouldn't have guessed either one a girl's name.

Actually, these names that are becoming interchangeable present an advantage in the working world. It further genericizes resumes to prospective employers.

OK, that cracks me up! I can totally see where you're coming from.

We have identical twin girls, and people always apologize for not being able to tell them apart, but they're cool with it. Plus, we can't always tell, it depends more on their expressions than their actual face.

I would guess that Maddox was the boy, but I'm not sure why. I knew a girl in college whose name was Barnwell, so maybe that's why Warner seems possibly girly to me...

I've always wanted to ask a parent of i-twins....why the same exact same haircut?
With my three kids, I always ended up changing their hair every so often. Bangs, no bangs, or longer or buzz cut boys, etc. Kids usually look cute with any decent hair cut.
I've just always wondered.....

Warner was the girl?

20 years ago when I named my first born girl Bailey, my sweet mother in law went around apologizing to everyone explaining that it was an "Eastern" name. sheesh!
